Screen Time Lifeline is here to help you beat screen addiction, right-size your relationship with technology, and reclaim your humanity. 

You hear all of the time that you “should” spend less time on your phone.  Meanwhile, powerful corporate interests are working tirelessly to keep you addicted to your screens to generate ad revenue and mine your personal data. There’s no shame is struggling to log-off!

We’re about digital wellbeing and tech-life balance. We believe that the keys to a healthy relationship with technology are mindfulness, intention-setting, deep human connection and meaning-making.  

Join us for education, meditation, discussion, support and hangouts.  

We succeed at spending less time on our phones when we have the spaciousness to reflect on what we’d rather be doing with our time. Rediscover your passions, values and priorities and meet amazing people who are doing the same.
