Emotions at work is an important topic.   Whether we are in a physical location or working remotely, the emotions we experience at work impact both our personal and professional lives.  More importantly, our physical and mental wellbeing.  

For a long time there have been stigmas around emotions in the workplace.  People misunderstand or feel overwhelmed by their emotions.  The goal of this club is to help members better manage their emotions and provide topics/guests that support emotional wellbeing.  

The topics will include emotion regulations tools, ways to improve communication and decision-making, along with a better understanding of a whole-body approach to managing emotions.
