Know the Room: Know the room rules and topic before jumping on stage. Spend some time in the room before raising your hand so you know the topic.
Respect the Moderators Time: If there’s a guest moderator (green bean) as the expert, ask questions, don’t use the stage to share advice or pitch your work unless you are asked to. Respect the guest moderators time.
No Pitching: If you get on the stage to pitch your business, you will be immediately moved back to the audience without warning. This is for impactful discussions, not to get new clients.
