👥🌱🤓 This club is for anyone interested in mental health who has a desire to learn, grow, and connect with others along the way! 

🧠❤️🛋 While this is not therapy, it IS a safe space to discuss the world of mental and emotional health and wellness from an educational, social-support, and entertainment stance! 

♣️🏡 I’ll host rooms for mental health professionals/advocates as well as rooms for everyone else who is curious or passionate about the field of counseling, psychology, human connection, mental health therapy, mindfulness, self-improvement, and personal development! If you’re interested in a specific topic &/or want to co-host with me feel free to reach out via IG and we can connect! 

🤓🪴🎓 I am a mental health therapist (ALC, NCC) as well as a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision student and hope to create and hold space for fellow mental health advocates as well others interested in improving, connecting, and growing!
