“Conversations with Trudy” is a weekly live online program that addresses various social issues, health and mental issues, and more.

We aim to break stigmas, offer perspective on taboo subjects, and provide a safe space for open dialogue for participants and viewers. 

The program has covered topics such as the COVID-19 vaccine, rape culture in Jamaica, sexual trauma, Jamaican student athletes, COVID-19’s impact on the arts, racism, racial profiling and police brutality, lupus awareness, mental health awareness, sickle cell awareness, breast cancer awareness, natural remedies for COVID-19 patients, and more.
