Be Kind: There’s never an occasion that calls for you to be mean or unkind. You can be firm without being mean. I believe that “even the ugly truth can and should be told wrapped in love.”
Be You: We want to meet and share with you... the real you. Be authentically and wonderfully you. This is a no judgment zone. We’re all here to learn and share.
