From “parts work” to IFS, from Jungian archetypes and autonomous complexes to Evil Kermit, the idea that *everyone* has multiple selves—a “symphony of selves” they can learn to better orchestrate and harmonize—has never been more popular or useful. Acknowledging the reality and value of our selves while learning to shift “into the right mind at the right time” helps catalyze intra-personal, inter-personal, and perhaps transpersonal paradigm shifts.
Be excellent, kind, and polite to one another. : Just as we should listen to all of our selves, this Club invites All participants to mindfully listen, be respectful, and follow the platinum rule: Do unto others as they would have you do unto them.

Embrace a Big Tent; Follow the Mods; No Trolls: As we collectively move to healthy multiplicity and questioning the SSA, many benefits can manifest. But let’s all agree that there’s no one best way to think about or work with selves or parts.
