1. Provide a safe space to feel seen and understood. 
2. Educate on how ADHD can affect our daily lives.
3. Provide tips and strategies you can implement to make progress in your life today.
Be Respectful: Every soul in this space is worthy of respect and love! This includes: avoiding the need to interrupt, following the order of the stage, and offering honest, empathetic responses!
