The goal of this Club is to help you understand how your body works, how your health choices impact you or others, and all of the connections from the farm to your plate to your health. 

Come on this fact-finding mission with me where we’ll explore all sorts of topics with leaders and researchers (food scientists, registered dietitians, food safety experts, biochemists, plant scientists, sociologists, psychologists, farmers, pediatricians, internists, cardiologists, anthropologists). specializing in a variety of topic areas (food, agriculture, medicine, nutrition).

Everything is open for respectful discussion as long as there’s evidence to back it up!
