Guideline #1: Prepare to listen and reiterate others’ victories. When you help others celebrate their victories, it is not a judgement, but an exploration.
Guideline #2: Prepare to share a victory from your week and unpack why it’s important. This can include giving context by exploring the struggles leading up to the victory.
Guideline #3: Prepare to have no more than 4 speakers at a time - 2 hosts and two guests. Each participant has 5minutes to share their victory, and then everyone on stage raises a glass to “cheers” them.
