Sunday 11am GMT sorry about lack of clubs recently- have had a recent death in the family and have struggled energy wise.

The Dementia club is hosted and founded by Vic Lyons. 

Vic is a Dementia specialist Nurse with over 20 years experience supporting families living with Dementia.  Any Advice and support provided on CH is given in my own time and capacity and therefore I will not offer clinical consultations/ assessments or offer specific care recommendations to individuals on her. I will offer support and may at times offer suggestions to members however this does not constitute as a nurse consultation.
                                                                                 ❤️The Dementia club has 4 main aims.      

1) To connect family care givers and provide them with a safe space to ask questions and connect.                                                             2) To support fellow nurses and other health and social care professionals and form a clubhouse based community of practice.                          
3) To support people living with Dementia who may be on club house .                                                   4) To eventually run online events and conferences to connect people using Clubhouse.

Share with Care: Share only what you want to but please keep it confidential. Essentially when talking about someone with Dementia as they may not have consented to you sharing info about them in the group
