▪️Yes, we welcome all Black and Pro-Black IPOC community members who consider themselves as allies to the LGBTQIA+ (see below) who actively disavow Homophobia, Transphobia, and Heteronormativity.

▪️We define allyship as an active and consistent practice of using power and privilege to achieve equity and inclusion while holding ourselves accountable to marginalized people’s needs (Awaken Blog™️).
