This is a dialogue about growing out of bad habits and thoughts to become a better you.
Be Supportive: We are here to encourage each other. We aren't here to judge you based on your background, beliefs, disability or experience.
Respect and Consideration for Everyone: Be courteous and understanding. If you disagree with some person's perspective you can message the speakers or individual without disrespect, or disrupting the rest of the listeners.
One Hour Meeting Rule: Every room will be available for one hour. If you want to speak raise your hand and share your thoughts. We will end each room after each event promptly.
