Spoonies & Zebras (& the Autoimmune) is a SAFE haven for patients who suffer from Autoimmune Conditions, Rare Diseases, Chronic Invisible Illness and so much more. Caregivers, Family Members & Friends are encouraged and welcome to join to better understand what the patient is going through and to learn how to cope with the challenges of their “new normal”. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

S.Z.A is a non judgmental place to be open, honest, vulnerable and connect with other individuals who are JUST LIKE YOU. Not only can we offer support but we can exchange valuable information and network so living that “Autoimmune Life” can be a bit more manageable. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
