Why Join?: Well it’s me duh 🙄Plus, if you want to craft a TED talk, 📓a script, a memoir or 📝signature power story, but sometimes need community support like l do, this is the club. Maybe you just want to journal your journey more? Maybe you’re hoping l might share something soulful, l got you! 

Goal:👉🏽to serve other empathetic seekers and survivors. Welcome (s)heroic creatives who need an accountability group. You have permission to pause and write. 

When: 👉🏽 Fridays at 9 am PST.  Each session begins with musical checkins then one ☝🏽 moment of Mindfulness ☝🏽one moment of Visualization or ☝🏽one moment of Prayer followed by prompts, free writes and sharing in a brave or judgement free zone. ✍🏽

Each writing session has an optional prompt. These writing sessions are a bonus for Soulful Journey subscribers. It’s a podcast live stream where for seekers and survivors who are good for the the soul.
