We teach women in business holistic self-care so that they are empowered to be more successful in their personal and professional lives. 

In this house, we are focused on holistic self-care which leads to enhanced personal and professional performance. Holistic self care attends to the needs of the whole person. Although the effects of the body, mind + spirit cannot be separated from the whole, bringing attention to each component helps create intentionality 
to care for our whole self.
