Hello and welcome to Ready.. Set.. GROW! 😀 This is a compassionate and safe space where we will join forces to learn about the needs we all have to grow into our best selves. Rooms that may shed light onto the dark areas of our lives might include topics such as narcissism, childhood traumas, and depression & mental health (because we all have to start by acknowledging the truth of what we are dealing with). Other rooms might talk about our individual personalities, relationships, and setting boundaries as we learn to empower ourselves to deal with one another in the healthiest way possible. And finally, we can strive towards healing and enlightenment with rooms on compassionate self-care, love & gratitude, and mindfulness practices, among other things.
