Be respectful and kind : We like this space to be filled with Malaysians (or non Malaysians) that believe in equality and kindness towards everyone regardless of their race, gender, religion, sexuality or culture 
Have fun but be mindful!: It’s not a room for therapy but instead is a space for open and non judgmental sharing, anecdotes and little nuggets to help us all become a better (if that’s what we want)  version of ourselves
What happens in Rome…: If you hear a story or share from someone, reflect on it and feel free to discuss it amongst your peers but protect the dignity of the sharer and try and to keep any identifiable information anonymous
