Limen Leap Labs is a unique software laboratory and an angel which provides IPR instead of money. Started by multi-faceted architect, software developer and teacher; Sabu Francis — it uses an "atelier" system to encourage youngsters start a business around  "SaaS" (Software as a Service) products. We tackle wicked problems on the Internet that are relevant to a large amount of people. Our solutions are highly effective and valuable. These are not concepts; but actual working SaaS products. With a reasonable MVP, website, documentation, FAQ and a way to pay for them.

Think of these products as "insta-meals" you buy off the shelves. Add hot water and you get a full meal. In our case, just add a few more founders to the mix; and you can have a business of your own on the Internet.  We are looking for committed people (at least an even number of people. Minimum no: 2)  This format is better for youngsters wanting to get into businesses than mentoring them from outside. Such potential founders would need to have two important traits: Full commitment and the ability to stand corrected in light of verified knowledge.  Sabu would also join such a company under formation as a CTO; using a B.O.T (Build, Operate, Transfer) business model.  Sabu’s involvement would be for a limited period only after which that company sails on its own. The first step would be to have an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) The rest will follow. 

Each such spin-off company would have an odd number of founders (including Sabu). That helps take decisions faster — an even number of founders can result in a dead-lock.
