The Midweek Pause: Thursdays @ 7:30pm SAST/ 1:30pm EDT
A space to press pause on the demands of daily life. We meditate, do some journal prompts, and share our wins - big and small.                                                         

The Weekend Playback:
A bi-monthly room to interrogate and rethink different aspects of our relationship with ourselves and others through discussion. Come through to reflect, learn, and unlearn.
