This is a space for people of intelligence and conscience who: 1. believe that racism, discrimination 
and disparate treatment of certain groups by the dominant group are rampant
2 Understand that we live in a system of oppression and marginalization, 
3. That unfair and discriminatory systems are self sustaining and self perpetuating, and 
4. have a strong or burning desire to be a catalyst for change. If the above statement fits, welcome! 
Come share your thoughts and ideas for solutions. White people are welcome to be part of the solutions. Others are invited to seek solutions as well. You may be triggered. When you are triggered and you have been invited to speak, please Do not attack. Consider how you might feel if the shoe were on the other foot. How would you want to be treated if you said or did something that harmed another person, knowingly or unknowingly. This is not the space to take out your justifiable rage. Take care of yourself. I suggest you mute your mike, take a few breaths, allow a few people to speak before you. If you find it hard to contain your rage and have a respectful dialogue, even when someone is obviously wrong or says something racist, please move yourself to the audience until you can. This is a space for learning and growth. Or consider that this may not be the room for you. There are thousands of other rooms for you.
