We meet Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to slow down, reset our minds, and realign our lives with truth.

There is real power in the words we speak.
What we say today quietly shapes what we live tomorrow.

Most of us are declaring things over our lives without even realizing it through our thoughts, our self-talk, and the way we speak about our future. This space helps us pause and ask: Is what I’m saying building me… or breaking me?

God spoke the world into existence.
And because we are made in His image, our words carry weight too.

Here, we sit with Scripture, prayer, and reflection not to perform, not to pretend but to let truth wash our thinking, heal our hearts, and bring us back into alignment. Faith grows when we hear truth long enough for it to sink in. And when our thinking changes, our lives start changing too.

This is a place to breathe.
A place to lay your burdens down.
A place to learn how to speak life gently, wisely, and intentionally.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here.
You just have to be willing to listen, reflect, and grow.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
