My name is Raquel Long affectionately known as Roq and I am the creator of “Grown & Holy” We focus on creating safe spaces where the spiritually mature can connect for high level conversations about becoming Holy and set aside by God for His use and guiding those desiring a deeper connection to God to make a decision to put away childish things as instructed by Apostle Paul in 1Corinthians 13:11.
