Quality Control : I normally moderate solo or in a duo. That’s because I take responsibility for keeping the air clear of shenanigans and want to make sure all speakers are respected and acknowledged
Don’t be a Talk Time Bandit: If there are 9+ speakers on stage, please keep your speaking time to 2-3 minutes so everyone can participate. Don’t make me start playing the “Oscar Acceptance Speech Music”
