Employee Ownership — ESOPs, Co-ops, Collectives — is transformative. This is a gathering place for employee owners, advocates, and service providers to gather to share, learn, and grow the EO Sandbox together. All are welcome!
A rising tide raises all ships. : This is space to celebrate and amplify all forms of employee ownership, employee owners, service providers, and the amazing EO advocates. Here we grow the EO pie, not grab other’s share. 
EO is inclusive. So is this Club. : This is designed as a positive and safe space for all to share, learn, teach, and grow. Please be respectful of others. Talk as you will, listen and learn when you can. 
Remember that EO is a bridge. : EO transcends politics, party, cap structure, economic theory. Let’s focus on EO, which we all agree with.  Respect everyone, no matter where they are play in the EO/ESOP sandbox.
