Mission: To destigmatize emotions by developing integrated body awareness, along with granularity and diversity in our emotional responses. 

We are all Emotion Chef whether we are aware of it or not. 

Our body constructs our emotions in ways similar to how someone cooks a recipe.  The idea is, if we construct our emotions like a recipe, then we can our change them, stop cooking ones that don’t serve us, and more importantly, create new ones.  What I am describing is a unique and intuitive way to regulate our emotions.
