This is a club for EVERYONE!!!!

🔱 In this club we’ll run discussions with Navy SEALs, Olympic athletes, Sport & Performance Experts and other high-performance personnel who will share their stories with us.

🧠 We’ll talk about and share stories on topics such as Mental Toughness, Emotional Regulation, Grit, Resiliency, Stress Inoculation, and a full range of other Peak Performance skills and behaviors.

Embrace the Suck is a mindset.
Most importantly, it’s a CHOICE!
Performance follows focus, and HOW you focus is the formula for reaching your full potential.

Anyone can function at a high level when the conditions are ideal, however, the most essential element to an individual’s or a team’s success is being able to function at your highest level when things go sideways.  Developing the ability to not only tolerate undesirable conditions, but to welcome it eliminates the effects of performance anxiety.

These discussions will expose participants to the unique mindsets of high-performing personnel such as Navy SEALs, Professional and Olympic Athletes, Firefighters, Performing Artists, Business Personnel a many others. 

The goal of this Club is to pull back the curtain of these domains to unveil how to reach peak performance levels under adverse conditions, as well as how to eliminate debilitating self-imposed limitations.
