For setting up Rooms - 
1. Please ensure your room is not in scheduling conflict with other rooms in this club. 
2. Clearly state the Topic as well as the duration, progression, target audience and expected takeaways in the description.
3. If possible, try to setup the room with at least 2-3 days notice in advance for a better reach. Impromptu rooms are also fine.
