👩‍👩‍👦‍👦The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work is never easy.                                                🔐The key is to start though, the sooner the better.                                                 🔥🌈☀️Cultivating DEI is about approaching subjects, conversations, and tasks in much more deliberate and open way.    🗣Difficult conversations need to be started, it will be messy at the beginning.
