Black Virtual Assistants (BVA) is a community of (POC); black and brown people who have a strong passion to cultivate a space where ALL People of Color have the opportunity to be seen and hired. 

As People of Color, we at BVA understand the potential challenges around being deemed qualified professionals (whether that is becoming hired, networking and collaborative opportunities) when others view us as a secondary option.

However, Black Virtual Assistants is here to be a voice and attest that People of Color should be considered by all means with the same regard as anyone else; not only because of our qualifications and merit but because we are human beings who warrant the same respect and indeed are capable.
