All Black Lives Matter. Period. : Black womxn speak first. The stage is reserved for BIPOC voices unless noted otherwise. Caping for White supremacy? ION like that. Misogynoir? ION like that either. Learned something? CashApp them.
Bring a contribution or a question. : Folks onstage want to be heard. Be mindful of how you’re taking up time & space. Try writing thoughts down before speaking to maximize your time.  Try to keep it 90 seconds MAX. We’ll discuss after. 
Call people in instead of calling them out. : However, willful ignorance & intentionally perpetuating harm will be called out. anti-racist af doesn’t tolerate problematic behavior. If that’s you, you’ll get moved to the audience.
