Every community of people around the world has always been aware of the benefits of early sleep.That is why we encourage it even today. Between 3 and 4 in the morning is called "Brahma muhurtham" in India.The ancient texts ,ayurveda and modern studies confirm that there are many benefits of awakening during this time . Unfortunately due to modern day living conditions daily habits and other habits most people are unable to wake up at this time.The truth is that they do not get the benefit of sleeping at the right time and waking up at the right time.

4am club global is a social startup created as solution to this with the aim 'awakening the world together'. Mr. Robin Thirumala (famous Indian script writer, director, motivational speaker and entrepreneur.) is behind this concept.
