Dear me . 
When you are reading this , you can have a moment to give yourself a big hug , or pat on the back for getting this far. 
You really did know what to stop , those things that you knew were not serving you anymore , time wasters , things which were not going to get you where you are now. 
You had to stop behaviours in the ways that you used to know and change to things that were new and aligned to what you have achieved now, and I could see that was painful and challenging. But you are persistent, you know you are stepping into this brand new me.
You need not be afraid of what there is to come . Whether you do or do not , this time passes , and what better way to see those opportunities come by than to live through them and see the results. 
When you know who you wanted to be , and what you wanted to do, you asked yourself this….
You asked yourself , what happens if you don’t do this today , tomorrow , a month , a year , 5 years !
What happened when you did do those things , how did it feel to achieve them like you have now today , when you did them , what did it enable to happen for next year , the next 2 years , 5 years !! Incredible , thank you for becoming you, I’ve got another letter for you at your next stage , keep going !
