TRAPVIBEZ Fitness is a wellness clubhouse centered around mindfulness, education, and movement. TVF was created during quarantine with a vision of creating an all inclusive wellness space for people of color to learn the benefits of not just physical exercise, but mental and emotional health. TRAP stands for Taking Risks And Prospering and we use that mindset not only in our workouts, but in our everyday lives. We offer donation based online group classes and private training, outdoor events, and indoor studio experiences. We also offer a free weekly newsletter, The Vibe Report, and a weekly Wake N Bake on IG live every Tuesday at 8a. In addition to fitness, nutrition, and mental health, we are learning the medicinal benefits of cannabis and advocating to erase the stigma by educating ourselves. We’ve collaborated with cannabis nurses, cannabis doctors, budtenders, growers, advocates, medicinal patients,   mental health professionals, and other fitness professionals.
