“Taichi Living” is a culmination of my spiritual insights in action. It uses tai chi as a vehicle to understand principals of how, when, and why we move. It brings awareness, solutions and daily applications for living in an optimum way.

Taichi philosophy, and physically, is less a practice of when to move, and more when to stop moving. 

Less about what choice we make, and more about how we make the choice.
