We are a group of counsellors, therapists and mental health advocates dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health, having discussions about how traumatic events and experiences impact life. Let’s talk about mental wellbeing, why we are the way we are, mental disorders, therapy, mindfulness, women’s and children’s issues, parenting, relationships and more! ✨

This is a safe space for you. Believe us when we say that we cater to you and will not tolerate any negativity, hatred or belittling of emotions or wellbeing.
We are here to listen and encourage therapy! ✨

However, please know that this is not a substitute for therapy. The rooms conducted under this club will not provide therapy via clubhouse. We will only encourage individuals to seek the necessary help that they require.

Please maintain decorum and come in as your authentic self.: The slightest amount of hate and disrespect will not be tolerated and will result in immediately being kicked out of the room. Treat everybody in the rooms with empathy and respect.
Please do not use this space for personal therapy : We understand that people maybe struggling with urgent personal problems and it might seem like a very safe space to open up, but please be aware that this is not a safe space for therapy.
