Mission:
We create uplifting and grounding spaces for the community* to engage with energy-based holistic wellness practices that balance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.   

Who:
Every human has at their core, personal power that they can use to optimize their own health and vitality; you don’t have to be a healing master to participate. 

Why:
With consistent practice in focusing that energy, anyone can learn how to improve their mood, dissolve health issues, and live an overall happier and more balanced life. 

*We are an open and loving club for people from all walks of life, and strive to create an especially safe space for Black, Brown, Asian, Latinix, and any other marginalized backgrounds as well as LGBTQ peoples. It’s all about good vibes here!
 
This club is anchored by Adorable Jasmine (she/ her), MPH, who is a Reiki practioner level 3, nutritionist, meditation instructor, please check her bio for more background info.
