To Each Its Own: We do not argue. We only have constructive conversations. If you disrespect someone’s opinion, you will be moved to the audience 
Respect : Respect each other. There is value in everyone’s perspective. 
Stick to the Topic: We have rooms every other day. Please do your best to stick to the topic at hand.
