Take down ideas, not people: We’re all for transgressive perspectives and productive, solutions-focused conflict here, but we don’t condone attacks on individuals. We might remove you from the stage, but we don’t  “cancel” anyone
Be optimistic / open minded: Our goal is to unf*ck the world, not just complain about it. There are enough rooms for that. We want to arrive at actual actionable advice by the end of each room. 
We believe in documentation : You will know if a room is being recorded by the red circle 🔴 in its title. Not all of our rooms are recorded, HOWEVER we are building a Roam graph to document the discussions we have.
