A Sacred Pause is your soul reset, a soft place to land after the week. This is where we step away from the noise, breathe a little deeper, and come back home to ourselves through heart-led conversation, journaling, and reflection.

We’ll use the devotional journal Dream Your Heart Out by Katy Fults as one of our grounding tools, along with additional prompts, activities, and soulful reflections curated by the coordinator, Kay Jones, and shared by group members as our community grows.
