ZOE OUTREACH MINISTRY The vision of ZOE is to “Unearth the treasure in ALL of God’s people.” As a result, the mission of ZOE Outreach Ministries is spiritually focused on training, equipping and enabling all believers to experience the life (ZOE) of God, and to effectively serve His Kingdom thru the leading of the Holy Spirit.
