Hello my name is David. In my life, I've been an artist, a poet, a traveler, a sailor, and a friend to many. I joined clubhouse in an effort to network and learn to create financial freedom through real estate investing. I started my this journey on my own, with a single live-in fix and flip. I know I got lucky with this from the stage of the market at the time and making a few good choices. While I have passion and creativity I also have questions and fears.
