I’ve consulted and helped open four restaurants in the past 20 years, since arriving in Canada from Japan. As a trained French chef, I have a diverse repertoire of dishes, from classic to fusion - and everything in between! French, Japanese, Italian and many other cuisines inspire my cooking, which I enjoy sharing with fellow foodies.
