Patricia Robinson, CEO of Evolve Training and Development and Evolve Youth Trades Academy. She serves youth between the ages of 12-18 yrs. She is the first African American woman in Central Pa to operate a trades school for inner-city youth. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College and her Associates Degree in Corporate Communications from Elizabethtown College.
