👩🏻‍🍳 I’m a personal & popup dinner chef who curates thoughtful, global culinary experiences with story-telling to connect with people from different cultures. 

🫕 My specialty is VIGLO (Vietnamese with global influences) cuisine: about innovation in cooking while honoring traditional recipes of the past.  

🛎  🍽 However, I consider myself a global chef who cooks many dishes of the world, thanks to my extensive travels, apprentices & cooking classes from the world’s most celebrated restaurants, which have helped me create unforgettable dining experiences that are like a culinary tour of the world.

⭐️ I fine-tuned my cooking from the kitchens of:

MY STORY
🍜 My family & I immigrated to the US after the fall of Saigon, Vietnam, when I was a child & it was my aunt’s makeshift phở shop that taught me the power of food. Her comforting bowls of phở brought dispirited strangers together to congregate in her tiny one-bedroom apartment to connect while slurping her delicious phở.

That lesson of the power of food as nourishment not just for the body but also the soul always stuck with me & shaped my journey as a chef.
