🦚 My name is Janis and Marie is my middle name. I have been married for 46 years to my high school sweetheart and we have two sons. 🇺🇸 During the course of our marriage and child rearing, we vacationed every summer, traveled to many states, including New York, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama. I’m sure I overlooked a few states, but those travels were priceless times spent together. 💵 Having worked in the financial industry for 30 plus years, I was able to retire in my early 50’s. Job related stress had a lot to do with it...and after a break, I returned briefly only to give it up completely in 2013. 💲That’s when I found Poshmark in a Facebook ad and my Poshmark journey began on April 1, 2013. I made my first sale a few days later and I became hooked! 👩🏻‍💻 Virtual Posh Parties and community involvement, opened so many doors for me. Traveling to my first Poshfest alone and not knowing or having met anyone was quite a trying experience. However, one familiar face in the hotel lobby recognized me too...and the rest of that weekend was one for the record books. ⚜️I hosted the first ever Meet & Greet (Posh n Sip) in Louisiana.
