My story started 50 years ago, but the part I want to tell about started in 2010, when I was paralysed after an accident. Dr's told me that I wouldn't walk again unless I had a risky surgery that would only last 10 to 12 years. I decided to take control of my own destiny and body and refused the surgery, and learned to walk again. For the last 13 years, I have been a fitness coach helping people TO LOOK BETTER and FEEL BETTER. So what's your story? Is it like mine ? Experiencing a major physical injury?
