My story:
⚠️ Between 2014 and 2015, I would have told you I had a black cloud over my head. My life completely fell apart.

🚛 I was hit by a Mack Dump truck (literally), ended my long term relationship, fired from my job and broke.

💤 This made me realize that I was burnt out. I had been on autopilot and stopped being fully present in my life.

❓Where did it go all wrong? I was a therapist and should’ve known this stuff. I went back to traditional therapy because that’s what we do when our lives crumble!

❌ Talking wasn’t what I needed. Diving head first into the woo-woo side of wellness, I found my healing.

Move over Freud. It’s a new Era. 😎

The research confirms that it’s more fruitful to address the nervous system, gut microbiome & nutritional deficiencies than it is to talk about the stressors.

🧘🏻‍♀️In 2018, I transitioned out of traditional talk therapy & started to use practical, research-based, trauma-informed tools to Create Undeniable Natural Impact (C.U.N.I.) by promoting mind, body and relationship health.

⚠️Here, we look at the root cause. This isn’t ‘therapy’ where we analyze the past. This is a new way of being from this point forward.

✅More than a typical therapist, I’m certified in IFS Level 1, Reiki, & Integrative Mental Health. 

🐶 When I’m not working, you can find me outside with my dog Bear, doing some kind of exercise (yoga or dance) or learning more about wellness.

I’m a nerd and introvert at heart!
