I am the host and creator of the YouTube Show Texas Style BBQ And Cuisine.  I am A Texican chef that loves to light a fire and kick back enjoying some great Texas BBQ. 
A husband, father and soon to be grandfather that was born and raised in South Texas. I love to go fishing, hunting and spending time in the outdoors. Then cooking up the game I have harvested. 
I am a culinary arts instructor during the week and a BBQ cook on the weekend. 
In my spare time I run my YouTube channel.
