Real Estate Newbie: 🏘🏡🏠 I am a new to the real estate world and looking forward to learning from everyone. My husband and I live in Los Angeles, CA but we are looking to invest out of state. I do not know exactly where to start in real estate. However, I've heard wholesaling, house hacking and rentals (short, long term) are good starts. Right now, I'm learning the real estate terminology, listening to podcasts, taking notes, listening on clubhouse in real estate rooms.
